Shipping Policy

Shipping Time --Shipping time All orders shipped to anywhere in the USA are shipped by the USPS. We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Standard shipping is by 1st Class or Priority Mail. Transit time (from shipping date) is 3-5 days. Express shipping is by Express Mail. Transit time (from shipping date) is 2 days. A Shipping Confirmation notice will be sent to you by e-mail on the day your order is shipped. International orders are shipped by Air Mail (par avion) or International Express Mail. Air Mail transit time (from shipping date) is usually 7-10 days. International Express Mail transit time (from shipping date) is usually 4-7 days. A Shipping Confirmation notice will be sent to you by e-mail on the day your order is shipped. Customs: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country ; you should contact your local customs for further information. When ordering from Kava Kauai, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving your goods.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
